Some Research for Huck

Huck reads Tiny Cat Pants and we go to lunch on occasion and email back and forth. I'd call us friends. And so I was a little embarrassed when I blind-sided him with my paganism today. I thought it was pretty obvious to anyone who read me that I wasn't Christian and that I had a religion I like just fine. I mean, I have a lot of Christian readers and no one tries to win me back for Jesus, so I just assumed we all knew what the score was: Jesus-2 billion; Aunt B.-1. But it turns out it's not that obvious, I guess. I actually haven't written that much about it, compared to, say, feminism or my cooter or Mrs. Wigglebottom. Over the course of a year and a half, I've only written about it 15 times, and five of those were all at once. World, who knew I had a private side? Anyway, I'll be honest with you, once I realized it wasn't that obvious, I was kind of reluctant to talk about it. I don't want y'all to think I'm crazy. But, of course, it's too late for that. So, Huck, if you get bored this weekend, here's some stuff of mine to read. Also, you cannot go wrong reading the Poetic Edda. I really like Larrington's translation, but there's plenty of public domain translations available on the internet. You do write about your vagina a lot. Why don't we ever meet for lunch? I have feelings too, you know.

Well, Fritz, you have to come to me, because I don't have a car. But drop me an email and we'll do it.
